Description of problem:
[UI] - Tasks log - Cluster is <UNKNOWN> when adding new host to engine.

Example from the Tasks log in the UI:

Adding new host 'hostname' to Cluster <UNKNOWN> 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add new host to engine 4.0 and look at the tasks log

Actual results:
Cluster name is <UNKNOWN>

Expected results:
Cluster name is known and should be shown instead.

Cluster is <UNKNOWN> when creating new VM too, is https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/55916/ fixing this as well?
