Description of problem:
Some settings in dconf show chinese letters in summary or/and description in dconf-editor

RHEL 7.2 set to US English as language

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open dconf-editor and navigate to:
org.gnome.gedit.plugins.externaltools
org.gnome.gedit.plugins.filebrowser
org.gnome.gedit.plugins.pythonconsole
org.gnome.gedit.plugins.time
org.gnome.FileRoller.Dialogs.Extract
org.gnome.dictionary
org.gnome.clocks.state.window

Actual results:
Summary and/or description is in Chinese

Expected results:
Summary and/or description should be in the system language

I can not reproduce this with 7.4. Could you confirm it?

I can not see it in RHEL 7.4 either. I guess the bug is fixed.
