rhel-osp-director: [Doc] for sat6 the activation key also needs to include the rhel-7-server-satellite-tools-6.1-rpms repo.


Otherwise a deployment with sat6 fails with:
Error: rhel-7-server-satellite-tools-6.1-rpms is not a valid repository ID. Use --list option to see valid repositories.
