Description of problem:
After you click on the package white list button of a dependency, the value is switched even if you select the same set value.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a project
2. Open dependencies list (Open project editor -> Dependencies)
3. Add a dependency.
4. Click on the package white list button and select 'Add all' option.
5. Click on the package white list button and select 'Add all' option again.

Actual results:
Value is switched.

Expected results:
Value stays 'All packages included.'
