Description of problem: After deploy metrics, check pod's metrics on pod page. On Chrome 48, Firefox45, IE11, the numbers on vertical coordinate for network chart are shown double times. And the numbers on vertical coordinate on Safari are different as on other browsers. Refer to attachment. Fixed in master.
Tested on devenv-fedora_4053 $ openshift version openshift v1.3.0-alpha.0-167-g4589987 kubernetes v1.3.0-alpha.1-331-g0522e63 etcd 2.3.0 The numbers on vertical coordinate for network chart don't show double times now, but sometimes when data changes, the numbers would be compressed and overlap a little with up and down words，pls refer to attachment "overlaped numbers".
