Hello,

according to bug 1297584 this package is being added to RHEL 7.3. Please stop distributing it in EPEL when RHEL 7.3 is out.

I think most of the work is on your side https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_remove_a_package_at_end_of_life. When the package enters CentOS 7, I'll remove the old one from EPEL.

The package is now available in CentOS 7 repos:
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64/Packages/python-ipaddress-1.0.16-2.el7.noarch.rpm

Unfortunatelly I do not have sufficient permissions to do retirement in EPEL 7 branch. Please do it yourself or re-assign the bug to some co-maintainer.
