Description of problem:
By default undercloud_debug is set to true which generates unnecessary verbose logging.

instack-undercloud-2.2.7-4.el7ost.noarch
instack-0.0.8-2.el7ost.noarch


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install undercloud

Actual results:
Openstack services logging is set to debug. 

Expected results:
Debug is set to false by default.

This is set in the undercloud.conf

Unless we're actually impacted by this, it seems that the general consensus is that we need to leave this on in order to be able to troubleshoot problems.  Closing as WONTFIX.  Feel free to reopen if we have new information as to why we should do this.
