Description of problem: The qpid-proton-cpp library is not compiled with c++11 flags. When I'm using methods with rvalue parameters (&&val) the linking will tell me "undefined reference to..." Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): qpid-proton-cpp.x86_64 0.12.0-1.el7 epel
