Description of problem:
  In order to access calamari REST APIs, the port 8002 needs to be opened on the node where calamari-lite runs (usually leader monitor node). The installation doc: https://access.qa.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-ceph-storage/version-2/installation-guide-for-red-hat-enterprise-linux/#firewall does not have the firewall instruction to open this port.
