Missing welcome images

Description of problem:
If you set language as "Russian" on home perspective will be no welcome images.
In browser console you will see 404 HTTP errors, folder "business-central.war/org.kie.workbench.KIEWebapp/images/home/ru" doesn't exist at all.

6.3.ER3

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Business Central
2. Change localization to "Russian"

Actual results:
No welcome images. 404 HTTP errors in console.

Expected results:
All pictures will be shown and localized.

Additional info:
I am not sure about Chinese Localization pictures (business central has two chines dialect, but there are just one folder with images). Maybe it is also a bug, or it is OK because it is as expected. 

P.S. I set this BZ as "Urgent" because this feature is for the new market and this is the first thing our new users will see.

We have only just (@14th April) received images to use. Cristiano is working on integrating them into the codebase.
