Description of problem:
In the documentation for RHEL OSP 7; [1]; there are no, or very little information on Maintenance, Failures, and Debugging.

There are procedures to remove, and replace failed nodes etc. in the OSP-director guide; [2]; however the Reference guide's such as Installation Reference and Storage Guide etc does not contain information on how to remove and replace failed nodes.

Upstream, there is an Operations guide; [3]; with quite a bit of content including a full chapter; [4] on Maintenance, Failures, and Debugging.
