Description of problem:
Those 2 files in both docker and docker-utils rpms,
/usr/bin/docker-fetch
/usr/bin/dockertarsum

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
docker-1.9.1-28.el7.x86_64
docker-utils-1.9.1-28.el7.x86_64

I'll make sure to have them only in the separate utils package. This -utils package will also be used by docker-latest, so it'd be good to _not_ have them in the main package

Lokesh can we remove docker-utils from rhel?
