Please attach the kickstart you used for installation? AFAIK you need to use a special keyword to get the screenshots.
I see the ks now. Does this work on plain RHEL?
Test with plain RHEL redhat-release-server-7.2-9.el7.x86_64 #uname -r 3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64 Steps: 1. Add the "autostep --autoscreenshot" in ks file 2. Auto install plain RHEL with this ks file 3. Check /root/anaconda-screenshots/ directory Result: Cannot find this directory.

Not going to be fixed in 7.6 or in 7.7.
Didn't make it in RHEL 7, moving out to RHEL 8 Can you please try to reproduce on EL8 image when available?

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release. Therefore, it is being closed. If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
