Description of problem:
When creating process instance filter, there is jbpmProcessInstancesWithVariables exception in server.log for Mysql55 datasource. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BPMS 6.3.0.ER3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create filter in process instance
2. It list no process instances due database error in server.log
3.

Actual results:
Filter list is empty

Expected results:
Working filter

The issue seems to have been already fixed upstream [1].
This bz is just to track that the fix is included in the product.

the fix has been pushed after the final creation on branch 6.4.x
