Description of problem: Upstream URL in spec file, on package info (`dnf info conduit`) and on apps.fedoraproject.org/packages links to a website not used by upstream any more but being used for spam or advertisements. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.3.17-12.fc24

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle. Changing version to '25'.
The Conduit URL should probably be the GNOME Wiki page https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Conduit The project seems abandoned, though. Conduit has not seen any commits on the GNOME CGit repo in over a year and a half.
This message is a reminder that Fedora 25 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 25.
