Description of problem:
A cloned "Kickstart RHEL default" template has 2 lines in it <%= snippet "rpm_installation" %> it has another line above this #<%= snippet "test_rpm_installation" %> 

It seems the commented out snippet runs and stalls out the uncommitted out version with some of its content
