Description of problem: The string 'Recent activities' on home->user page needs to be translated. Please refer attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to bpms with ja_JP locale
2. Go to home->user
3. Observe the string 'Recent activities'

Actual results:
The string appears in English.

Expected results:
The string should be translated.
