Description of problem:
The requestee text of the needinfo is too small and the requestee text border layout is not aligned with needinfo flag selector border layout (seealso attachment).

1. File a bug 
2. Add needinfo flag to ? and input the requestee
3.

Actual results:
See the attachment

Expected results:
The requestee can be shown completely and the requestee text border layout is aligned with needinfo flag selector border layout

Looks fine to me, may have been fixed by another CSS change.

Verified the issue.
The result is PASS
version 5.0.3.rh1
