Description of problem:

When creating a new template and choosing to create the template as a sub version of an existing template, two new fields open in the new template window - 'Root Template' which is a drop down field and is set by default to the first template (other than Blank) in SD by alphabetical order. The second field is the 'Sub Version Name' which is an editable field, but is also so set by default to the same name is in 'Root Template'.
My trouble is with the behaviour of the last one. If you change the Root template, the sub version field doesn't change accordingly and one must edit it and change it manually to the new template's name or to any name you want.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have several templates.
2. Create a new template as sub version of another template. 
3. Choose a different template than the first one in the 'Root Template' drop down.

Actual results:

Sub Version name remains the same as the first template name in Root Template drop down.

Expected results:

I would expect 1 of 2 behaviours:

1. 'Sub Version Name' is by default blank and does not change according to 'Root Template'. If user wants to name it she can do so the same as now.
2. 'Sub Version Name' will inherit any name that is chosen on 'Root Template' drop down (and of course still remain editable).
