Description of problem:
When logged in business-central with ru_RU, the default Tab information images for tabs(model, deploy, etc) are not loading on Home -> Home Page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3.0 GA

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log into business-central with ru_RU locale.
2.Goto Home -> Home Page
3.Tab information images are not loading.

Actual results:
Tab information images are not loading for tabs Model, Deploy, Manage Process, Manage Tasks, Monitor on Home Page.

Expected results:
Tab information images should present.
