Description of problem:
When adding new organisational unit, the presenting dialog box missing russian translations.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3.0 GA

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log into business-central with ru_RU locale
2.Go to Authoring->Administration->Organizational units->Manage organizational units->Add button.
3.Resulting dialog box missing russian translations.

Actual results:
Translations are missing.

Expected results:
Translations should be available.

Issue present with pt_BR and es_ES locales as well.
