In the mentioned section there is no indication of the dhcp_server parameter, although it is mentioned in the upstream documentation:

Suggestions for improvement: 
Include the dhcp_server parameter in the section 8 of the "Procedure 7.11. Configuring a Capsule Server to Use an External DHCP Service"
