Description of problem:

Gnome system update fails.

Gnome 3.18.2

How reproducible:

Doing update

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open gnome software manager
2.doing update

Actual results:

update fails.

Curl error (6): Couldn't resolve host name for https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kuboosoft/postinstallerf/master/GPG/23/RPM-GPG-KEY-postinstallerf [Could not resolve host: raw.githubusercontent.com]

This isn't a default Fedora repository.  Disable the broken third-party repo.
