Description of problem:
Translations are missing for 'Messages' and 'Asset search' on Authoring->Project Authoring screen.

6.3.0 GA

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log in to business-central with es_ES locale
2.Navigate to Authoring->Project Authoring
3.Translation is missing for 'Messages' and 'Asset Search' on Project Authoring pane.

Actual results:
Translation is missing or not available

Expected results:
Translation should present.
