Should link directly to the upgrade doc

Hi Nick,

Thank you for raising this bug.

This content is currently included in the Director Installation and Usage Guide under the following -

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-openstack-platform/version-8/director-installation-and-usage/#chap-Upgrading_the_Environment

As such, there is no individual link on the documentation splash page that points directly two this, but there are two options we can take to improve visibility:

1. Add a link to the splash page to this section.

2. Split the content into a separate, short guide.

Do you have any preferences, or is including the content in the Director Installation and Usage Guide sufficient for now?

Because upgrade content is included in the documentation itself, I am closing this tracker bug for now.
