This content is currently included in the Director Installation and Usage Guide under the following - https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-openstack-platform/version-8/director-installation-and-usage/#chap-Upgrading_the_Environment As such, there is no individual link on the documentation splash page that points directly two this, but there are two options we can take to improve visibility: 1. Add a link to the splash page to this section. 2. Split the content into a separate, short guide.
