Description of problem:

When trying to create a vm from a locked template, a warning is
displayed:

    The following disks are in status Locked: <disk name>

But the warning is placed badly, hiding the vNic profile menu.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
The following disks are in status Locked: test-nfs-new-os

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start copying template disk to another storage domain
2. Try to create new vm, select the template being copied

Actual results:
Warning in the wrong place

Expected results:
Warning appear in a proper place, isolated from other ui elements.

Additional info:

The real solution is to disable a menu item when you cannot
use it.

The template name should be grayed when you cannot use it.
The reason why the template cannot be selected may appear
bellow.
