Assigning to Zac for review.

Zac - these changes need only be implemented in the areas outlined above. The Satellite 6.1 version of the content can be found on the "6.1-async4-l10n" branch of the Installation Guide.

As long as the changes themselves go in, I can take care of updating the revision history and pushing the title through Brew if needed.
