Description of problem:
Files from python27-python-pymongo-doc are not owned by python27 collection.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
python27-PyYAML-3.10-13.el6

Steps to Reproduce:
1. test case http://pkgs.devel.redhat.com/cgit/tests/scl-utils/tree/Sanity/general-ownership


Actual results:

Expected results:
all files owned by collection

Test case fetches an older commit for the file list [0] where the latest one should be used [1]
