Description of problem:
Clicking on "Global Filters" or "My Filters" link does nothing

5.6.0.4-beta2.3.20160421172650_719e256

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to any page which contains Global Filters and My Filters link (say "Configuration ==> Configuration Management ==> Configured System" or "Compute ==> Infrastructure ==> Providers ==> Virtual Machines / Templates"
2. Click on the Global Filters / My Filters

Actual results:
Nothing happens.
Note:
Able to expand the link(tree) if there is any entry under it

Expected results:
Should display the details on the main page

Clicking on the 'Global Filter' and 'My Filters' folder icon isn't supposed
to do anything really. As far as I can tell, it has always been that way.

These are just containers for the filters, which -- from my testing -- work as expected.

I'm closing this with notabug.
