Description of problem:

Can not install compat-gcc-34-c++ on alpha.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

compat-gcc-34-c++-3.4.6-38.fc24.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to install with dnf


Actual results:

> dnf install compat-gcc-34-c++
Last metadata expiration check: 0:12:14 ago on Fri Apr 22 13:25:00 2016.
Error: nothing provides libstdc++ < 6.0.0 needed by compat-gcc-34-c++-3.4.6-38.fc24.x86_64
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages)
