Thanks for the bugreport.

I've built tmux 2.2 for F23 - you can find it here:

I am not going to update f23 to 2.2 officially until F24 has been out for a few eeks (f24 is going to have 2.2 by default).

Please use the koji build in the meantime.

2.2 is out on f24+ now
