Description of problem:
The branding package is kept here https://github.com/fabiand/boot-ovirt and was built in Jenkins.
After the Jenkins migration the job is not available in the new jenkins anymore, because it was not yamlized.

Let's take this breakage as an opportunity to find the right place for the branding package.

It might either go to a new package or to an ovirt-release subpackage.

Until this bug is fixed, inst.updates= should not be used.

Moving from 4.0 alpha to 4.0 beta since 4.0 alpha has been already released and bug is not ON_QA.

VERIFIED this bug.

Checking this issue in ngn build ovirt-node-ng-installer-master-2016060204.iso, we won't build branding package in ovirt-node-ng.

oVirt 4.0.0 has been released, closing current release.
