Storage for Virtual floppy test fail

Description of problem:
Using a USB floppy mount to the SUT with KVM, the hwcert/storage host3 test failed, this test will be report below the error:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Plug a USB floppy to the LTS
2.Mount the USB Floppy to the SUT via KVM
3.Select the Hwcert/storage host3 to test in the web UI for control server

Actual results:
