colored icon example

Description of problem:
Changing the color of the drop down arrow icons would make it very easy to identify which products have enabled repos without having to expand. See attached image for an example.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Content -> Red Hat Repositories
2. Enable some repos at random
3. Refresh the page

Actual results:
No navigation icons are changed to show where repositories have been enabled.

Expected results:
Certain icons are now a different color to show where repos have been enabled. Bonus if the icons change without a refresh.

Thank you for your interest in Satellite 6. We have evaluated this request, and we do not expect this to be implemented in product in the forseeable future. We are therefore closing this out as WONTFIX. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to contact Rich Jerrido or Bryan Kearney. Thank you.
