Description of problem: updating 5.6.0.0-beta1 to 5.6.0.4-beta2.3 fails as db:migrate is required.

How reproducible:100


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Provision configured 5.6-beta1
2.Add new 5.6.0.4-beta2.3 repos
3.register RHN in webui
4.Search for update
5.apply update

Actual results: after some time refreshing webui presents service unavailable


Expected results: update should complete and webui login page should show


Additional info: connecting to appliance and running rake db:migrate and rebooting seems to resolve the issue.

This bug has been open for more than a year and is assigned to an older release of CloudForms. 
If you would like to keep this Bugzilla open and if the issue is still present in the latest version of the product, please file a new Bugzilla which will be added and assigned to the latest release of CloudForms.
