Description of problem:VM Reconfigure requires manual shutdown and startup Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.6.0.4-beta2.3 How reproducible:100% Steps to Reproduce: 1.provision appliance 2.add vsphere provider 3.create new vm 4.select new vm 5.go to configuration -> reconfigure this vm 6.change settings and hit submit Actual results: request fails with error due to vm not powered off Expected results: proposed option to shutdown vm prior to changes and start back up afterwards.
