Description of problem:
When creating a new Rate sheet, the third line of CPU is written as Cpu, it should be consistent and show CPU

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Cloud Intel - Chargeback - Rates
2.View the rates sheet - the third line says " Cpu" 
3.

Actual results:
Third line :"Cpu"

Expected results:
CPU

Does not replicate. Does this still happen in master?
