What does it mean, when you write "Unable to view policy event timelines after navigating away from the page or refreshing the page" ? What error in particular do you see? Is there perhaps an appliance showing this error? Thanks.

Harpreet, I was able to reproduce this problem in the past, but the bug seems to have gone away with your timelines revamp. I'm moving this over to you, since you may have better insight on what's going on in here. Thanks.
Timelines was completely redesigned in 5.7. So, I think this issue can be closed
