This is a regression; it works in 4.4.6-301 but fails in 4.4.7-300 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Works: kernel-4.4.6-301.fc23.x86_64 Broken: kernel-4.4.7-300.fc23.x86_64 and kernel-4.4.8-300.fc23.x86_64 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Boot on a dell vostro 3560 2. Enter luks password Actual results: X doesn't start; locks up Expected results: Boots Additional info: Booting the old kernel from the grub prompt works
This message is a reminder that Fedora 23 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 23. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '23'.
