Description of problem:
The imported cluster in skyring does not enable monitoring for the cluster

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a ceph cluster using CLI 
2. Try to import the same cluster in skyring UI
3.

Actual results:
The monitoring is not enabled for the cluster

Expected results:
Monitoring should be enabled for the cluster with default settings

and it works. -->VERIFIED
