Description Jon 2016-05-02 21:00:24 UTC
Library version is at 1.0.5 while upstream is at 1.0.10. Can we get an update?

Comment 1 Remi Collet 2016-05-03 06:13:04 UTC
Version 1.0.10 is already build is rawhide.

soname have changed in 1.0.6 (.17) and in 1.0.7 (.18)
But Fedora update policy, I don't plan to update this library in stable branches, excepted is some critical (security) issue need to be fixed.

Comment 2 Remi Collet 2016-05-03 06:13:32 UTC
I means 1.0.10 is in Fedora 24+

Comment 3 Jon 2016-05-03 20:16:28 UTC
So, I need to wait for fedora 24 before I can update? :(

Comment 4 Remi Collet 2016-05-19 05:29:43 UTC
If you really need a more recent version you can try the parallel installation available as libsodium-last(-devel) in my repository:
