For the new backport feature of reweight-by-utilization, please add a warning that advises customers to seek advice before using the feature to ensure.
I have enclosed the proposed warning below: please feel free to revise as needed: Before issuing the ceph osd reweight-by-utilization command to reduce the weight of overused OSDs, seek guidance from appropriate technical support staff. In addition, confirm that weight changes do not negatively impact the system by first issuing the ceph osd test-reweight-by-utilization command to test the proposed weight changes. Make sure that the weight changes are implemented in small increments. My thought is to add the warning to either (or both) of the following Admin Guide sections: 3.1.2. Checking Cluster Health (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-ceph-storage/version-1.3/administration-guide/#checking_cluster_health) 3.1.8. Checking OSD Status (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-ceph-storage/version-1.3/administration-guide/#checking_osd_status)
Doc looks good to me, it covers both the points mentioned in #comment5. Hence marking it as verified.

Closing the bug as the guide has been republished: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-ceph-storage/version-1.3/storage-strategies-guide/#set_an_osd_s_weight_by_utilization
