Description of problem:
Running the command rhc app-create fails (immediately stating [0] ), after restarting the broker they still experience this issue.


[0] An error occurred while communicating with the server. This problem may only be temporary. Check that you have correctly specified your OpenShift server
'https://osbroker/broker/rest/domain/si/applications'.

How reproducible:
Everytime they attempt to deploy an app.
