The documentation around authenticating CloudForms users with LDAP must be reviewed to ensure that the flow and usage is clear. For example, which steps and options are mandatory, and in which order must they be completed?

See the attached customer case for further details. This feedback was identified as part of the March 2016 CSAT results.
