Actual results: UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character '\xe9' in position 25: ordinal not in range(128) Expected results: Terminé ! Additional info: dnf group install "Development Tools" is working fine.

I don't know your exact lang setting, but I am unable to reproduce it: LANG=fr_BE.utf8 sudo dnf group list "Outils de développement" I tested it with dnf-2.5.0-0.10g45c7484.fc25.noarch and libdnf-0.9.0-0.14g73f8d0d.fc25.x86_64. DNF-2.x is available for rawhide and Fedora 26, but we provide testing repository for Fedora 24+ (dnf copr enable rpmsoftwaremanagement/dnf-nightly). Please if you will experience the problem with dnf-2.x, please don't hesitate to reopen the bug report.
