We only are getting builds for facter for x86_64 but need it for i386, s390, etc ... I found this while testing RHEL 6.8 i386 provisioning. RHEL 6 x86_64 has facter-2.4.6-2.el6sat.x86_64 and RHEL 5.11 (i386/x86_64) as well as RHEL 7.2 look good.
