Description of problem:
The VFlib2-devel package's "Summary:" header contains a hard coded 
(and wrong) version number string.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
VFlib2-2.25.6-24

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. grep Summary: VFlib2.spec | grep libraries
  
Actual results:
Summary:        The header files and static library for VFlib v2.24.
0.

Expected results:
Summary:        The header files and static library for VFlib v%
{version}.
or
Summary:        The header files and static library for VFlib.

Okayokay, sorry! My "step to reproduce" was untested (and therefore 
wrong). But you get the idea, right?  ;-)
