    3. What is the nature and description of the request?  
Say I have content view "CV-EXAMPLE-1".  When it is promoted into the QA lifecycle, the QA team needs to be notified.  It would be helpful if there was a way I could set Sat6 to send out an email to "list of users" when "CV-EXAMPLE-1" enters the QA Lifecycle.

Customer environment has different QA teams for different projects.So, this feature will help in reducing the complexity of notifying the respective teams.   

    5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)  
      Customer should be able to notify the respective departments when a Content_view gets promoted to a new Lifecycle Environment.
