Description of problem:
As Satellite 5.6/7 will be supported until 31 January 2018, the consumable software should be available as well.
As it was decided that RHEV 4.0 (beta) will only be available via CDN, this is the request to also include RHEV 4.0 (beta) to RHN.

Additional info:
Not having RHEV 4.0 in RHN will also create the following additional issues:
1. Less customers that are testing RHEV 4.0 beta
2. Adoption rate will slow down as well, due to customers using Satellite 5.6/7
3. vdsm channels will still be updated, which also complicates customers life.

As such: Please add RHEV 4.0-channels to RHN as well, please.
