Trivial version problem that you can fix by editing line 41 of /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/screenlayout/xrandr.py For instance by replacing 1.2 with 1.5 Still it is a bug of course...
PS bit odd to get this error in FC24, which presumably still has an old version of xrandr. I got it with FC26 beta which has xrandr 1.5
